Admins have any and all site functions available to them, Leads can create and manage {{ currentTenant.userText }}s as well as the schedules and {{ currentTenant.taskDefinitionText }}s for {{ currentTenant.userText }}s they are assigned. Users can complete {{ currentTenant.taskDefinitionText }}s they are assigned during their scheduled day.
Create your Leads first and assign their work schedules. Next create your Users, assign them to the previously created leads and build each user's work schedule.
Groups are sets of users that have the same or similar task assignments. When they work e.g. shift should NOT be considered here. OpsAssure will handle that for you.
Create a group with a descriptive name that represents the users or the tasks that will be assigned to the group.
{{ currentTenant.taskDefinitionText }}s are collections of subtasks that need to be completed by users or groups of users at a specified time.
Create a {{ currentTenant.taskDefinitionText }} that needs to be completed. Assign it to Groups or Users that will need to complete it. You have an option to schedule tasks as well, although it is not required. If you set a schedule OpsAssure will only assign it to user that are available to complete the task based on their work schedule.
As an Admin or a Lead, you can run a variety of reports to check on the status of Users and their {{ currentTenant.taskDefinitionText }}.
As an Admin, you can update the settings of your account. You are able to upload a custom logo, change the name of your account or upgrade your service plan.
As an Admin or a Lead, you can view your tasks or any of your direct report tasks on a daily basis to ensure that everything that needs to get done is being done.
You've just completed setting up the OpsAssure system; it wouldn't be fair to assign a bunch of {{ currentTenant.taskDefinitionText }}s in the middle of the day. Tomorrow when you and the rest of your users login to the application, you will see the {{ currentTenant.taskDefinitionText }}s that you are responsible for.
